Spotting buying signals so when they are ready to buy you can lead them in an eloquent dance to your checkout to close the sale.
Tip: Just knowing this takes a whole load of stress out of trying to sell and the fear of rejection

Show your new customers what else you can do for them, so they buy more.
This is often referred to in business as your
